Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes quality checks before shipping to ensure it arrives in proper working condition and meets our standards.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photo or video evidence. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address details are outside of our control.


Order Changes & Returns

Because of the nature of our fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will always work with you to find a fair solution.


Timeframe for Claims

To ensure a smooth resolution process, any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.


Bundles and Promotional Offers

For orders placed under bundle or promotional pricing (such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”), any approved refunds will be calculated based on the total discounted price paid.

If only part of a bundle is eligible for a refund, the amount will be prorated accordingly.


Refund Processing

If your case qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
